The ideal candidate will have relevant experience supporting a facilities/maintenance department.   General Hand   Permanent £12.85 per hour (£26,059.80 per annum) Day Shift: 07.30-16.30 Monday-Thursday, and Friday 07.30-12.30 Alcester   General Hand Job Description Perform routine cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping across all general areas. Complete general repair and maintenance work throughout the facility. Carry out minor maintenance tasks & undertake grounds maintenance Adhere to COSHH guidelines and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely. Assist with maintenance tasks, particularly cleaning and preventative maintenance of plant machinery and equipment. Conduct and document regular inspections and routine maintenance activities. Operate forklifts when required and hold appropriate certification. Drive company vehicles to transport tools, machinery, and equipment as needed. Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of vehicles and gardening equipment.
