Funding Operations Lead Location: Staffordshire Salary: TBD 12 Month FTC GRG are recruiting a Funding Operations Lead to join our client's team. As a Funding Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing all funder transactions as contractually agreed. You will actively manage placing of business with multiple funders supporting working capital management and cashflow management. Responsibilities Included: - Setting live of customer contracts & 3rd party funding in a timely & efficient manner - Invoice matching to system generated purchase orders within contracts - Collation of deal drawdown paperwork to facilitate drawdown of funds from our funder panel - Address & analyse any queries from finance houses, end users & suppliers in a timely manner whilst maintaining effective relationships with all key personnel - Support the Funding Team Leader Skills and Attributes: - Previous Funding Experience - Experience of working within a finance function/team, with diverse roles and responsibilities - Ability to solve problems and follow through to complete resolution - Advanced Excel skills a must - Ability to work with multiple / complex systems - Proven customer service and communication skills - Outstanding organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise - Strong technical/numerical skills and knowledge and is thorough and accurate - Experience with leasing products or Banking Industry (Desirable) - Analytical skills and has desire for continuous process improvements to gain better efficiency (Desirable) - High integrity and strong understanding of professional ethics - High level of motivation, energy and drive to achieve - Ability to develop strong relationships across all levels of the organisation - Effective communicator both verbally & in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills - Excellent discretion and tact in dealings with people - Is flexible and maintains an organised, open and approachable working style At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
