Our client is looking for an Export Ocean Freight Executive to join their busy team. You will manage and arrange the transportation cycle by Air and Ocean ensuring all paperwork is complete and legal. Working hours are Monday to Friday – 09:00 – 17:30 (30 Minute Break) Your responsibilities as Export Ocean Freight Executive will be: * Obtain charges and cargo release details from agents, airlines and shipping lines. * Submit customs clearances * Ensure any payments due are made in advance * Process all payments and raise necessary paperwork * Arrange the release and transportation of goods received * Liaise daily with agents, partners suppliers and clients * Perform additional duties as and when required What you need to bring as Export Ocean Freight Executive: * Ocean/Sea Export Freight Experience * Experience with negotiating terms and rates * Be familiar with industry standard computer programs such as Cargowise * Good communication skills * Organisation and planning skills * Good Geographical knowledge If you are interested in the position, please send your CV over to us or contact the office for more information
