Responsibilities - Establish and maintain in-house Customs facilities - Coordinate and monitor shipments from order placement to delivery - Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations - Prepare shipping documents and labels accurately - Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status - Resolve any shipment discrepancies or issues promptly - Maintain organised records of all incoming and outgoing shipments - Coordinate and manage the importation & Exportation of goods via Road, air or Sea. - As a Freight Coordinator, you will deal with all aspects of Imports & Exports across Road freight, managing the entire life cycle. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of Import & Export activities. Requirements • Knowledge of premium freight would be highly advantageous - Road bias is highly desirable. • This is a fully operational role dealing with all aspects of the freight forwarding cycle, so start to finish process experience is essential. • Industry & Operational knowledge of Import/export and Groupage • Proficiency in using freight forwarding software. • Must have 2/3 Years' experience in freight forwarding company. • Experience with Importation of goods via Air, Sea or Road is an essential requirement for this role. note: mostly night shifts
