Key responsibilities include: Working in dynamic multi disciplined team you will develop electromechanical based systems. You will be responsible for delivering FPGA solutions for safety critical and high integrity systems. FPGA design and verification activities. Defining FPGA requirements. Producing clear concise documentation to support the safety standard processes. Architecture definition, digital design and verification activities. Problem solving digital design issues. The Person An experienced FPGA engineer you will provide FPGA based solution for firmware and hardware integration on radar systems. Experience Required for the FPGA Engineer role: Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maths or Physics. Completion of Firmware (FPGA) designs and documentation in accordance with agreed Firmware design process guidelines (based on industry standard DO-254). Demonstrate previous experience in using Mentor Graphics FPGA design toolset. Skilled in using Xilinx Vivado toolset. Either hold current SC or be eligible to gain security clearance.
