Hygiene Supervisor Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week - Monday – Friday Location: Cleckheaton   Salary: £30K - £40K Per Annum  Role Information It is essential that any candidates sent forward have supervisory experience, we need this person to be able to hit the ground running. Have worked within a similar role within an FMCG or a similar environment. Must have their food safety and hygiene qualifications. (HACCAP, COSHH etc) Be able to develop current processes and implement to ensure we are promoting excellent hygiene and safety practices. To drive continuous improvement of hygiene processes across site They will work closely with our Technical and QA team to ensure hygiene-related activities during customer visits and audits are met (this is a big one, the factory has had some difficult times recently so having someone who has experience with audits is essential, I appreciate most people within this role will have that) Ability to lead and motivate the team of operatives that we have on site. Be able to identify training needs/create development programs to elevate skills and capabilities for the team You will not have a dedicated Hygiene Operative team underneath you as our clients Production Operatives do the hygiene duties within their role so the person suited for this role will need to be strong minded and have the ability to essentially supervise production operatives and not a hygiene team. Site Information This building is across several floors. No on-site parking but plenty of places to park on nearby streets. Site mainly produces gum-based products but also do wham and refresher sweets too.
