FMEA Facilitator Peterborough- Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days WFH) Initial 12 month contract PAYE/ Umbrella basis Our client is a leader in the design, manufacture and support of a World class range of engines and they have just made available a unique opportunity for a FMEA Facilitator! You will be an integral part of a dedicated team, working alongside 20 talented engineers. Your expertise in FMEA facilitation, along with your ability to work independently and provide leadership, will be crucial in guiding projects and play a key role in developing and managing the Design Verification Plan (DVP) Key Responsibilities; Schedule, organize and facilitate FMEA sessions, ensuring complete risk analysis and mitigation Engage in FMEA activities at both system and component levels to ensure thorough and accurate evaluations Develop and manage the Design Verification Plan (DVP) to validate product design and functionality Provide guidance and support on the FMEA process and usage of FMEA tool software (Plato e1ns) Take the lead in FMEA facilitation, driving the process towards achieving project goals and maintaining high standards Skills and experience; Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in FMEA facilitation Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Strong proficiency in Excel, Plato e1ns or similar FMEA tool software Experience of planning validation and test requirements Expertise in creating and managing Design Verification Plans (DVP) Demonstrated experience of industrial diesel engines would be highly beneficial Excellent organizational and communication skills If you'd like to discuss the role, please call Justyna on (phone number removed) To apply, please submit a copy of your up-to-date CV clearly indicating your relevant experience.
