Fly Press Operator - Aerospace Manufacturing Location: Titchfield Contract Length: Until December 2026 We are recruiting a Fly Press Operator to join our aerospace client in Titchfield. This is a long‑term opportunity within a precision‑focused manufacturing environment supporting major aerospace programmes. Role Overview As a Fly Press Operator, you will work with mechanical fly press machinery to support the production of high‑precision aerospace components. The role involves forming, punching, bending and shaping metal parts used in aircraft and spacecraft assemblies. Key Responsibilities Operating fly press machinery to complete production operations on aerospace components. Setting up and adjusting the press in line with engineering drawings and specifications. Monitoring production to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality standards. Carrying out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to reduce downtime. Following all safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment. Hours of Work (37 hours per week) Monday - Thursday: 7:30am-4:15pm Friday: 7:30am-11:30am Potential to move onto early or late shifts. Pay Rates - There is also an option to include advanced holiday pay in your hourly rate.
