You will assist customers via telephone, online and in person with their rental needs. You will organise vehicle inspections and safety checks, manage bookings and transactions, and final vehicle handover as well as initial off hire situations providing excellent customer service throughout. Experience you need Customer Service and either a strong hire/rental background within any industry would be strong advantage Or a trade counter background would be an advantage. Use of a hire system software such as Prohire would be a strong advantage as well as Microsoft Office A knowledge of Xero accounts software would be an advantage How you apply!
