Fleet Development Manager Location: Hatfield Salary: Up to £45,000 Basic + OTE £80,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30pm REF: OC18182 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fleet Development Manager for our client's main dealer site in the Hatfield area. This is a superb opportunity for a Fleet Development Manager to work for a busy and well-established main dealer site, working for a fantastic brand. A Team size to look after is 8 LBDM's and assist with Fleet Hub Team of circa 12 people. The role will hold some accountability to prospect key customers and have own small target, so this isn't just a management role. **Ideally looking for someone that have run a field sales team, or a strong LBDM that is looking for step into Management.** Fleet Development Manager role: Lead the LBDM team to increase our B2B sales by ensuring relevant sales team KPI's are achieved; and support, develop and coach where necessary. Drive pro-active prospecting to identify all potential customers and maintain effective control of the DMS to maintain regular and professional contact. Build and maintain your own portfolio of Key End User accounts in the supply of branded vehicles. Support the LBDM's in working with the marketing teams to ensure our customer facing offering is up to date and relevant, and marketing campaigns can be generated. To manage the enquiry flow and achieve the relevant brand requirements in contact quality and response. To ensure sales funnels are sufficient to meet targets. Support the Group Fleet Manager and relevant Heads of Business with both financial and registration forecasting.
