Fleet Administrator Bilston Salary up to £25,000 Our established client in the Bilston area is looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will report to the Compliance and Fleet Manager and be responsible for ensuring the administration and organisation of the fleet is completed in a timely manner as well as maintaining accurate records of all the vehicles information. Fleet Administrator Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the Compliance and Fleet team to ensure that vehicles are maintained, road worthy and comply with legal requirements to meet our customers’ needs. * Assist in the investigation of insurance claims and accident management. * Liaise with suppliers to organise repairs and regular maintenance for the fleet. * Maintain fleet records to ensure they are organised, and information is kept up to date. * Use of in-house systems and databases to input, collate and produce reports. * Provide administration support to the Compliance and Fleet Manager in vehicle and driver performance. * Carry out other fleet-related administration as required. Fleet Administrator essential skills and experience: * An understanding of arranging MOT’s and Servicing for HGV’s. * An understanding of HGV terminology is advantageous. * Ability to meet tight deadlines and cope with multiple & varied tasks. * Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail.
