The Automotive Division of Questech Recruitment have an exciting Fleet Administrator role working for an Industry leading, well-established firm with great facilities and opportunities. This role is part-time working hours. Immediate starts are available. This position would be a Temp to Perm role so you would start through the agency and move perm after a period of time. Fleet Administrator duties: This role requires a strong administrator, with experience of working within an automotive or fleet environment. * Processing job cards. * Creating invoices. * Liaising with different departments to ensure high efficiency. * Dealing with Excel spreadsheets and drop files. * General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, Fleet Administrator Specifications * Must be computer literate and comfortable working with Word and Excel. * Comfortable with accurately entering data into spreadsheets using functions and formulas. * Strong communication and administrative skills. * Previous experience within an automotive / fleet environment The Hours: Ideally you will work 4 hours per day Monday to Friday. Start and finish times can be flexible. You could also work 5 hours over 4 days, but Monday and Friday must be worked, start and finish times can be flexible.
