We are looking to appoint a First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) Administrator with some manufacturing knowledge and is eager to develop to work as part of our quality team within our sheet metal and assembly business at our Dukinfield (Cheshire) site. About the opportunity As the First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) ) administrator, you will play an integral part in: 1. Following a detailed process manual to collate all of the data required for a FAIR 2. Requesting missing / incorrect data from suppliers as required 3. Submitting the FAIR to clients or uploaded to a portal 4. Work closely with the management team to ensure client requirements are met on time 5. Maintain a suite of KPIs to track the performance of the FAIR process. You will develop or build on existing knowledge and experience, keeping up to date with best practice and participate in internal and external training. You will also work closely with the quality departments from other business units, clients and suppliers as part of the wider aerospace supply chain.
