Financial Services Digital Product Owner - 39496 Rate: £56.36/hr Umbrella (inside IR35) Length: 12 month initial contract Location: Whitley / Gaydon (Hybrid) As a Financial Services Digital Product Owner, you will ensure the financial services digital strategy is clearly defined and fully integrated with the core Customer Journey. Reporting to the Head of FS Commercial & Digital Performance, the role will require working cross-functionally to pro-actively drive vehicle sales & customer loyalty through financial services digital enhancements. This is a hands-on role that will require you to get into the detail and problem solve on a daily basis. To give you an idea of how this Financial Services Digital Product Owner role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do: Support the development & lead delivery of key capabilities within the Global FS Digital Strategy to ensure digitally enabled, seamless, branded experiences to improve the customer journey experience and increase car sales/customer renewals.
