This role would be ideal for a hands-on Finance Director, who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a busy and growing company! Duties & Responsibilities of a Finance Director: * Overseeing, reviewing and adhering to budgets. * Managing the finance team on a day-to-day basis. * Manage key relationships (both internal and external) for the organisation. * Devising, developing and delivering strategies. * Providing accurate financial reporting. * Mitigate threats and maximise returns. * Identify any opportunities and lead negotiations. * Forecast growth and investment opportunities. * Monitoring Cash Flow, accounts and any other financial transactions. Your Background & Skill: * Proven experience as a Finance Director. * Fully Qualified (CIMA / ACCA) is desirable. * Excellent analytical skills. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well on own and in a team. * Ability to manage relationships, internally and externally. * Ability to work well under pressure.
