Finance Broker Manager - Busy Main Dealer Network in Wakefield Basic Salary- Up to £40,000.00 OTE- £60,000.00 + Equity Stake.  Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays when the business needs.  33 days annual leave including bank holidays. Our client is a a busy main dealer in Wakefield. They have recently moved to set up their own Car Finance Brokerage. They are now looking to add an experienced finance manager or finance broker to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will know car finance inside/out and will have proven management experience.  Responsibilities of the Finance Broker Manager:  Building a high-performing team that thrives in a dynamic environment. Using your strategic thinking and financial acumen to drive growth. Using your extensive car finance, products and compliance knowledge to provide customers with expert advice. Build relationships with local dealerships and partners, expanding our network.  Help to shape the future of our new start up brokerage. Requirements of the Finance Broker Manager:  A track record of leading successful teams.  Previous experience of selling finance products in the automotive sector. Ability to motivate, inspire and empower your team. Creating a positive working environment.  Driven to exceed all targets.
