Finance and Operations Support (New Car Deliveries) Experienced finance administrator with experience in dealing with invoicing, payroll and limited bookkeeping. Either experience in this field or a willingness to learn quickly on the job are a must. The successful candidate will be flexible to work independently on finance administration tasks as well as dropping in to work in the field on training and deliveries. We’re looking for someone to start between July 15th - August 1st. Initial Interviews will be held either by Video or in person at our Bicester Office. Our full suite of Connected Car Services includes: Trade Plate Deliveries, Prestige Car Driveway Handovers, Event Support, Training and Inspections. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING This is a multi-faceted role where every day is different. You will be a key player in our Driver Support Team, self-motivated, both a team leader and member with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Here’s what you could be doing on any given day: * Oversee all contractor payments such as invoicing and expense payments. * Be responsible for the building of customer invoices on a large scale using a range of software such as excel and Xero. * Provide, develop and maintain driver support systems including: PowerPoint Presentations, Training Manuals, Cheat Sheets, Video Libraries and Peer-Support WhatsApp Forums. * Interface with Clients using both verbal and written communications as required. * Conduct field assessments with drivers and handover specialists. * Be prepared to pitch in with customer car handovers at the drop of a hat to provide cover for driver absence. * Keep internal stakeholders up-to-date on progress and objective completion. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE * Aged between 25 – 65 for insurance purposes * Full valid UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years with a maximum 6 points for minor offences * Competent using a computer, training given on specific software packages (essential) * Professional driving experience as a Trade Plater (preferred) * Strong Interpersonal Skills * Self-Starter / Self-Motivated * Able to drive Cars, Vans, Auto and Manual * Must live in commuting distance of Upper Heyford Oxon (OX26 4LD) or Sheerness (ME12 1RS) * possess excellent customer communication skills * methodical and logical thinker * able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Previous Logistics experience (preferred) · The ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised. · Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads to meet demands and deadlines. · Accuracy, with excellent attention to detail. · Motivated with the ability to exercise initiative to problem solve. * Experience with Microsoft Suite including Teams and Outlook (preferred) * Experience with Ebbon Dacs MoDel (preferred) * Experience with Xero Accounting Software would be a bonus * A clear DBS Certificate if you have one: If you do not currently hold one, please do not acquire one until we have processed your application.
