This is an opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator the opportunity to join an established Fleet Manufacturer that focuses on making sure their employees thrive and succeed within their position. This role requires you to assist with the roles of administration in Purchase Ledger and account reconciliations and assist within the procurement department - time is to be split between both areas. Duties of the Finance Administrator Purchase ledger, matching and inputting invoices, preparing weekly BACS payments and reconciling supplier statements Provide back up to the accounts department and liaise with all departments and systems in relation to this process - training given if required Maintain bank accounts and reconciling balances and loans. Assist and support the Procurement department with the ordering of parts as and when needed, monitoring of deliveries and liaising with suppliers as required. Reception cover on a rota basis and transfer of messages relating to this. Ad hoc duties as necessary. Finance Administrator Personal Specification Previous Accounts experience and have full knowledge of the purchase ledger process is essential Computer literate and knowledge of computer programmes such as excel is required Experience of Sage line 50 is preferred but not essential Experience with purchasing duties (I.e. Ordering, deliveries etc) is desirable Effective communication skills and ability to liaise with employees at all levels as well as customers and suppliers Strong work ethic and high attention to detail What the Finance Administrator will get in return: The Finance Administrator is supported by a motivated team and manager, within an excellent working environment.
