Hands-on experience with HGVs, light commercials, and other specialist vehicles is essential. Travel to client sites with a company vehicle and fuel card provided Install vehicle camera/CCTV equipment Install blind spot detection systems (alarms, sensors) Attend service calls for fault diagnosis and repair Assist the Development Team in testing and deploying new technologies Experience Required: Experience with HGV/LGV/VAN and a passion for working with vehicles Experience with various commercial vehicles (construction, haulage, bus & coach, emergency response) is an advantage Strong customer service skills with daily client interaction Knowledge of intermediate/advanced automotive electronics Proficiency in logical fault-finding and the ability to work independently Experience with electrical automotive testing/installation equipment IT/PC literacy Organized, dedicated professional with a team-oriented mindset Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of automotive electrical experience or auto electrical qualifications (12VDC or 24VDC systems) A full UK driver’s license (preferably clean) Preferred Qualifications: Located ideally in Slough, Reading, Swindon, Oxford, or Home Counties Relevant auto electrician qualification (NVQ, City and Guilds) is advantageous Personal Qualities: Positive, tenacious, and compassionate Dynamic and self-motivating Eager to learn new skills and technologies Technically hands-on with both hardware and software Outgoing, extroverted, and team-oriented Interest in vehicles/commercial vehicle market Enjoys problem-solving and challenging tasks cv's to (url removed)
