We are looking for motivated Factory Operatives & General Workers to join our production team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will support various factory operations, including component finishing, clean room tasks, and general production duties. This role is based on a Temporary Basis - which is ongoing with Guaranteed weekly hours These roles will be on a 2 shift rotation pattern A shift - Monday - Thursday - 6am - 13.35pm and Friday 6am - 12.45pm B Shift (20% Premium) Monday - Thursday 13.25pm - 21.05pm and Friday 12.35pm - 19.00pm Hourly rates for these roles vary depending on experience starting from £11.79 - £15.31 - This will be discussed at Interview Your Time at Work - Perform deburring and finishing on metal components, ensuring precision and attention to detail. - Support clean room operations, following strict cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a contaminant-free environment. - Assist with general production duties, including material handling, packaging, and moving products between departments. - Operate basic factory equipment and tools, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. - Monitor and document production processes, tracking materials, finished products, and quality checks. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve any issues. Our Perfect Worker The ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Whether you have experience in deburring, clean room environments, or general factory work, we want to hear from you! We are willing to seek and speak to applicants with minimal experience in the above. With a background in manufacturing/production, though this is NOT essential.
