Factory Fit Accessories Manager Location - Northwest Customer - OEM Role - Factory Fit Accessories Manager Immediate start available. Contract position (initially 6-12 months) Starting Hourly rate - £34 - £36 E-ppl are leading suppliers of Managed Services within the automotive industry. Working with the main OEMs within the UK and overseas. We are a specialist contractor who OEM's call on to support their vehicle projects. As an expanding company with have an appealing management opportunity as and Automotive Accessories Manager working with a leading OEM. In this lucrative position you will plan and forecast monthly objectives and works in connection with the new, used, parts and service departments to maximize gross profit opportunities. Core Responsibilities * To act as a central point of contact between production and quality, managing operational delivery of circa 30 SVO cars per week for body styling and wrapping * Ensuring quality of delivery, timely processing of cars and proactive ownership of operational issues through to resolution * Supporting Aftersales Product Managers in delivering new revenue streams * Attend all relevant meetings including quarterly contract review. Key Operational Tasks * Close daily alignment with Production, Quality and Sales Operations to monitor and manage cars successfully through the process. * Start of shift meeting with Production HoDs to report on status of WIP vehicles. * Weekly forecast for volume, capacity, and stock levels, ensuring delivery can be achieved. * Regular liaison to align with Accessories Team on throughput and quality. * Manage two separate teams (5) and (12) through specific custom accessories fitting processes. * Ensure up to date staff training, H&S requirements, and facility management. * Control and monitor recorded quality findings and report part rejections. Other Information * An OEM or 1st Tier supplier background is essential with the ability to adapt to the Business culture and fully integrate to the respective team mentality. * To closely manage the individuals within the teams and adapt and improve processes where possible. * Home location within the Northwest area preferably and the ability to fully commit for the full contract duration. * The recruitment process will include a telephone interview in the first instance and then a face-to-face interview which will be located in Coventry
