Job title: Export Control Manager - US Programmes Location: Samlesbury - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role What you'll be doing: Being the 'go to' person for your respective programmes, understanding key programme deliverables and export licensing requirements Making sense of the export control and licensing challenges, establishing the facts and putting in place solutions that enables timely delivery and protects our future business, produce, implement, maintain and regularly review the Export Control and Licensing Management Plans Supporting the implementation and management of the export control governance including, risk identification and management, audit and assurance and timely investigation and reporting Growing and sustaining productive relationships with a broad stakeholder group, which includes project teams, customers, suppliers and national licensing authorities Supporting corporate/internal and external audits, including closure of actions where appropriate Your skills and experiences: Essential: Degree qualified UK and US (ITAR/ EAR) Export Control Regulatory experience Ability to manage complex issues in a fast pace environment and to influence a common team objective and drive towards its delivery The ability to work in high level of self-motivation, proactivity and flexibility, with the ability to operate independently of direct management and to build effective stakeholder relationships internally and externallyDesirable: Ability to communicate at all levels To have a working knowledge of export control regulations, business processes & procedures gained through experience in a military aerospace environmentBenefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
