Job Title: Parts Advisor - £28,000 - 30,000 Location: Kimpton, near Luton Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Are you passionate about high-end cars and possess exceptional knowledge of automotive parts? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our clients team at an independent high-end car company in Kimpton, near Luton. Responsibilities: Global Parts Sales: Effectively sell parts to our mail-order customers worldwide. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Website Maintenance: Manage and grow our website parts pages to enhance online visibility and sales. Regularly update product listings and ensure accurate information is available to customers. Parts Procurement: Source and purchase high-quality parts and consumables for resale. Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and favorable terms. Workshop Support: Fulfill parts requests from mechanics working on customer cars in our workshop. Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure timely and accurate provision of required parts. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining databases of new and used/rare parts to optimize stock levels. Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize shortages and overstock situations. Customer Service Excellence: Uphold and enhance our reputation for high-quality customer service. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide expert advice on parts selection.Requirements: Proven experience in automotive parts sales and customer service. Strong knowledge of high-end car parts and their applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management.
