Search Consultancy are supporting a well known business in Crawley who are looking to hire an Events Manager to join them on a 3-6 months basis with the potential to go permanent. This role is supporting luxury brands with their internal and external events across their remit. The role is offering a salary of £37,000, hybrid working where you are required to go into the Crawley office 2-3 times a week with the rest being a home and with the ability to be flexible based on event/business need as a weekend may need to be worked however, you can take time back in the week as and when. This role also included access to a car. Role responsibilities: * Working with internal teams to manage and coordinate internal events throughout the year * Work with various teams including the wider marketing team to coordinate external events throughout the year and to be in attendance on the day to ensure organisation * Work with external suppliers * Create event proposal and plans from start to finish and ensure the smooth running on the day * Encourage networking at the events and set the tone through innovative plans * Maintain and develop excellent working relationships internally and externally with all level of stakeholders/interested parties * Be the lead and go to person for all events throughout the business Experience required: * Experienced Events Manager who has successfully delivered on high end events * Highly organised and strong communicator as this role predominantly will required you to deal with high network individuals due to the luxury brands you represent * Able to be flexible due to the nature of the role * Must drive to attend events (car provided) * Experience in working with external suppliers and internal marketing departments If this sounds like the next role for you, apply now!
