Duties & Responsibilities: * Motivating, managing, organising and encouraging new ideas and processes to increase performance. * Managing the team effectively, including roster planning and ensuring optimum staff levels at all times. * Providing the sales team training and coaching, ensuring the team are delivering great service. * Working with the team to maximise sales whilst promoting a strong profit per unit. * Ensuring fantastic relations are kept between the company and the brand partners. * Working closely with the finance team ensuring you achieve the best deal for every customer. * You will be targeted around sales/profit performance and customer satisfaction performance. Your Background & Skill: * Experience within a Sales Leader/Management position within the motor trade. * Full UK Driving licence. * Excellent communication skills. * Strong negotiation and selling skills. * Ability to work towards deadlines and targets.
