Jonathan Lee Recruitment is looking for an EV Packaging and Compliance Lead. This full-time role is based in Coventry and offers an Umbrella Rate of £31.26 per hour. This role requires hybrid working with typically 2-3 days on site per week in Whitley. This contract is initially for 18 months. As EV Packaging & Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the Quality and Compliance readiness of the Global Supply Chain Operations for the transition to electrification at volume. In your first week in this EV Packaging & Compliance Lead role, you can expect to: Define requirements and perform gap analysis, reviewing, and communicating standards, and guide and assess the Global Operational teams across our Packaging, Warehousing and Transport operations as the client transforms its aftermarket supply chain operation as part of their electrification journey Own the process and governance of the definition and implementation of logistics quality and compliance workstreams related to batteries and electrification Liaise with regional analysts to implement across our global footprint and define how we deliver the best quality of supply to end customers in the aftermarket Ensure the quality of physical delivery to retail partners, Importers etc To apply for this EV Packaging and Compliance Lead role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include: Experience with battery/lithium-ion technology and regulations OR significant experience in international logistics regulations and compliance in automotive or similar industries Excellent project management skills, experience in working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization Ability to distil complex regulatory requirements into clear, concise process documentation and communications Collaborative with a solid understanding of customers and teams Highly data-focussed, with experience in drawing data from multiple sources, analysing and interpreting it, drawing conclusions, and making data-based decisions To apply for this position please send your CV to  Unfortunately we cannot progress candidates who require sponsorship to work in the UK.
