MSX International is loöking for a Project Data Analyst to join our busy team at Ford Automotive in Dunton, Essex. As a Project Data Analyst you will be part of our European Uptime Management team, dedicated to improving the customers experience by reducing time vehicles are off the road for maintenance and repairs for our global automotive partner. The Role In this role, the Project Data Analyst will consistently deliver process, tools and data for the Big 5 markets. They will be involved in extracting data from internal systems to understand and identify trends, delivering findings and hosting Stand Up Meetings with the senior European Leadership team. Main duties would include: * Host and facilitate Daily Big 5 Market governance stand up meeting reporting on escalated vehicle-off-road cases. Cases will include parts supply issues, Technical case resolution and Customer relationship concerns. * Provide project management and reporting of the actions from leadership stand up meetings. * Work within the team to escalate parts supply chain issues and identify solutions to increase uptime. * Identify opportunities to improve reporting and processes. * Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual burdens. About you This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills, along with strong communication skills. Our ideal Project data analyst will have experience in the automotive industry (not essential) and a confident demeanor presenting results and influencing senior stakeholder in other countries, as well as: * Ability and confidence to present results and findings to senior stakeholder management and remain calm under pressure. * Ability to influence senior stakeholders in Big 5 European markets. * Ability to create advanced reports in Excel, understand the data and create actions based on the results. * Ability to create PowerPoint presentations. * Ability to learn other bespoke systems. * Be a quick learner and have the ability to self-manage priorities and workload What’s in it for you?
