A leading multinational business is looking for a Finance Department Manager to lead the transformation of its Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across Europe. This role combines strategic ownership with operational leadership, overseeing both in-house finance teams and outsourced Shared Services partners. Key Responsibilities Own and optimise the end-to-end O2C process across multiple European locations. Lead a team and manage offshore Shared Services to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery. Drive consistency, automation, and process standardisation aligned with business goals. Act as the key finance stakeholder in systems and transformation projects. Monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with SOX/internal controls, and maintain process documentation. Champion continuous improvement, training, and stakeholder engagement across the business. About You Significant experience managing O2C processes in a large, multinational organisation. Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
