The UK arm of the business has recently been established and is growing, however there are ambitious growth plans that are looking to take a UK headcount of circa 30 people to 1000 within a decade!! The UK hit an impressive £8.6m turnover in 2022 but is looking for the right people to help it grow RAPIDLY! The UK ERP Consultant role will help shape the future of mobility and manufacturing and drive digital transformation within automotive or aerospace or defence or industrial manufacturing within the UK! Role Overview Reporting to the head of Manufacturing and Engineering SU, the ERP Consultant role requires a consultant having 5 years minimum industry experience, capable of leading pre-sales and delivery of mid to complex multi-module ERP deployments. You will be supported by Architects and technical resources in the solution design, technical delivery and customer engagement. The ERP consultant will also grow to provide mentoring and development to junior delivery consultants as the team expands. Skills and Experience * MUST HAVE SAP S /4 HANA and DELIVERY EXPERIENCE OF MANUFACTURING or DM MODULES * Have experience of ERP application configuration control and deployment practices * Must have a minimum 5 years ERP sales / implementation experience as an ERP lead consultant for mid to large consulting organizations using either SAP or Microsoft Dynamics ERP products. * Working Knowledge of current IT architectures including cloud based applications. * Experience of ERP / PLM Change management * Experience of ERP / PLM integration * Ideally have working knowledge of PLM integrations with either PLM or MES toolsets. * Mandatory experience in the UK market in Automotive or Aerospace or Defence or Electronics Industries. * Prior experience of super user ERP training delivery is a definite plus factor! * Adaptability - our work is varied so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety in what they do and can ‘get stuck in’. * Have the ability to travel and support customer site activity as required. * Have a general awareness of current IT infrastructures, ideally with a working knowledge of cloud based implementations.
