Enterprise Risk Manager Job Purpose To implement a Risk Management Policy and Framework across the Global Organisation, developing and executing an industry leading ERM program to assist the company in effectively managing its risks. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Definition, implementation, and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Alignment of ERM program to legislation, regulation, policies, standards, and contractual obligations. Providing leadership and challenge in determining the appropriate Enterprise risk thresholds, triggers and escalations for monitoring and tracking at various levels up to Board of Directors. Providing guidance and support on enterprise-wide control processes, including enterprise-wide risk assessment, policy development, issue management oversight, creating and evaluating internal controls, and participating in management-level risk committees. Collaborating with various departments to ensure risk management strategies are integrated into their processes. Deliver a best practice approach to identifying the company's most significant enterprise risk. Perform and oversee regular audits of risk management activities to determine maturity and identify areas for improvement in governance, policy, process, and technology. Proactive, forward-looking activity of identifying emerging risks: environment scanning, trend analysis, gap analysis, risk assessment. Qualifications: Professional certification in enterprise risk management. Skills: Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation, with the ability to navigate complex and nuanced business and risk environments, while building trust and balancing diverse organisational priorities. An individual who is able to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust. Ability to work collaboratively, respond and adapt to changes in the business during a challenging scale-up phase and see the future vision of the business. A clear communicator who is able to communicate directly, clearly and openly. Ability to travel where necessary nationally and internationally. Ability to prioritise, plan and manage day to day tasks alongside longer-term projects. Experience: Singnificant demonstrable experience providing enterprise risk management services in an international organisation.
