Questech Automotive Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Industry leading Haulage and Rail client for an experienced Engineering Manager with a proven track record in Compliance and Operations. THE ROLE: You will be an apprentice trained Technician with over 10 years of Managerial experience within the Industry. The DUTIES * Managing Various HGV and Rail sites across the United Kingdom * Ensuring all legislative requirements across all of our clients United Kingdom based operations. * To manage all Workshop P&L / KPI’s, Direct and Indirect Costs, Productivity & Compliance objectives. * Knowledge of fleet maintenance / workshop management . * Sound knowledge of H&S fundamentals in workshops and transport compliance legislation. * Demonstrable customer relationship management skills with the flexibility in style, approach to engaging with a number of clients with varying requirements at the same time. * Excellent commercial acumen * Highly numerate and excellent written skills, familiar and confident with Microsoft programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) * Analytical, curious, problem solver, lateral thinker * International CPC Holder THE PACKAGE: * Salary of around £60,000 per annum * Company Car or Company Car allowance of £62,00 per annum * Company fuel card * Excellent Pension Scheme and Holiday Package If you believe that you are the right candidate for the role, please apply today or contact Matt Staniforth for a confidential chat
