I am looking for a Engine MRO Customer Programs Manager to join my fantastic client on a permanent basis. As the Engine MRO Customer Programs Manager, you will be responsible for both identifying transactional revenue opportunities and generating contracted revenue in the engine MRO business stream to support the strategic objectives of the company. Role: Engine MRO Customer Programs Manager Pay: Competitive Contract: Permanent Location: Caerphilly - 60% onsite Responsibilities: Point of contact for all customers engines within internal MRO Engine shop Engine scheduling MRO Services customer Invoice generation Initiate, develop and preserve customer relationships at all levels Execute Engine MRO growth in line with business growth. Negotiation of MRO services contract opportunities Monitor Key Account KPIs Collaborate with origination and Business Development teams on engine MRO contract opportunities Generate and disseminate relevant Market Intelligence through CRM system Coordinate internal departments to ensure delivery terms are met. Generate contracted revenue reports for internal stakeholders Possess full core competency knowledge for the range of services across a variety of engine types. Periodic attendance at tradeshows, conferences, and air shows. All other duties as assigned. Essential Experience Engine MRO experience in a customer or Sales focused Role Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in a technical or business-related discipline. Quantum Experience. Previous experience in an aviation environment High level of aptitude and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages more particularly to support the preparation of detailed Power Point presentations and the maintenance of Excel pivot tables for sales dashboards. GCSEs to include Maths and English or equivalent Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in a technical or business-related discipline. Quantum Experience.
