A leading business in the Automotive Propulsion Systems industry is hiring an Electrical Engineer in Bristol, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of advanced propulsion research. The Role   As the Electrical Engineer, you’ll: Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and infrastructure. Respond to and resolve electrical breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime across the site. Support the safe operation, maintenance, and inspection of hydrogen and diesel distribution systems, ensuring compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards. Perform electrical fault-finding, testing, and repairs across low-voltage and control systems. Work closely with engineering teams and researchers to support technical operations within a high-tech, fast-paced environment.   You   To be successful in the role of Electrical Engineer, you’ll bring: Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) certification. Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role with strong fault-finding skills. Experience working with or around fuel systems (hydrogen, diesel, or similar) is highly desirable. Good knowledge of control systems, sensors, and electrical distribution systems.   What's in it for you?
