The Recruitment Group The Recruitment Group is hiring! We are on the lookout for an Equipment Wirer/Electrical Engineer  to join our well-established client within the local Abingdon area. About the role: Full-time permanent position. The job is normally 7.75 hours per day (plus 45-minute lunch break) Monday to Friday. UK Drivers license required Required to wire Aligner Wafer Bonder systems which are supplied to the semiconductor industry. The machine is PC-controlled and consists of moving stages within a vacuum chamber; the wiring work is largely mechanical, using hand tools. A minimum of three years practical equipment wiring work is required, and experience of mechanical assembly would be an advantage. The job also involves mechanical assembly and the setup and testing of the machine for which training would be provided.
