The Role As an Electrical Architecture Project Coordinator, no two days will be the same. You will play a key role in supporting programme delivery, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring risks, issues, and milestones are effectively managed across the business. Working with a wide range of stakeholders, you will help provide clear programme visibility, support governance activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive quality, consistency, and performance. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of programme activities against the overall timing plan Assist in the preparation of accurate, objective technical status reports for programme management meetings and senior gateway reviews Support programme and launch management meetings with clear, timely reporting and coordination Identify and contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation activities, with a particular focus on programme risks and mitigation actions Support and coordinate structured problem-solving activities across cross-functional teams to prevent and resolve programme issues Help manage governance processes to drive resolution of key programme risks Engage effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure alignment and timely decision-making Track actions, dependencies, and issues to support successful programme execution Skills Required Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills you'll need to help you succeed, including: Relevant previous experience of Process / Engineering processes, tools and techniques including consistent delivery of targets Resilient and enthusiastic, able to deliver results in a high‑pressure environment Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships Confident working within a complex, cross‑functional network Highly organised, able to prioritise workload and drive continuous improvement Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem‑solving Effective team player who consistently demonstrates Customer First principles.
