EDS Wire Harness Engineer Our automotive OEM Client based in Dunton, Essex in the United Kingdom are searching for an EDS Wire Harness Engineer to join their innovative design and engineering team.  This position is confirmed as £25 per hour, Inside IR35 and therefore will be subject to full PAYE tax.  Details of this can be provided on request. This is a 12-month contract with possibility of extension. The working pattern is 37 hours per working week and our Client are open to hybrid working discussions. Position Description This is an opportunity for an EDS Wire Harness Engineer to manage and Track EDS Concern Progression. Responsibilities include: Review Engineering Content for Alert and prepare LL6 Approval. Lead Parts Pedigree to ensure on top changes are correctly applied to harness and material for next build is Job1 Design intent. Evaluate any risk to previous validated design and if on top changes introduce additional risk. Support STA Lead Supplier Site on Site Review. Track and report PPAP Status with Program and Site STA to ensure correct Status is considered in Program Status. Skills Required Understand of WERS Process and Workflow. PPAP Process and Handbook understanding. EDS Change Management. Advanced Excel Skills for Data Tracking and compare. Experience Required EDS Reporting and Tracking. Change Management. Data Management. Education Required Engineering Education bachelor’s degree. Additional Information Candidate requires Passport for Travel to Turkey and Morocco. Candidate needs to Travel for Business
