DX PMO Lead (897) Cranfield/ Remote £51.83p/h We are recruiting for a DX PMO Lead for one of our automotive clients based in Cranfield. You will be working for a globally recognised automotive company. This is a long-term contract role. The contract is on an ongoing basis a may run for several years. Key Responsibilities of the DX PMO Lead: • Can monitor projects & create new project plans. • Collaborate with CFT teams to define and implement DX projects that drive business growth. • Lead and contribute to the effective development of DX programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Utilize project management methodologies (PMI/APM/etc.) and expertise to oversee project delivery, timelines, and budget adherence. • Provide strategic consulting, offering insights and solutions to enhance the business value of technology. • Communicate effectively with top executives and C-level management, presenting recommendations and programs. • Successfully manage project deliverables and keeps to timelines. • Ability to identify sources of funding and business development opportunities. • Expert knowledge of project and change management methodologies, techniques and processes • Able to manage budget, cost and profitability. • Resource management skills and knowledge of tools • High-level communication, interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with other managers, teams, vendor and other stakeholders. • Experience monitoring and evaluating projects, programs and portfolios. • Manage project related flexibility, adaptability and be resourceful. • Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation • Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives. • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the companys standards. • Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes. • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. • Accurately documenting the projects creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the projects scope, budget, and justification. • Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) Hours & Pay for the DX PMO Lead: • Monday to Friday • 39 hours per week • £51.83p/h LMIND
