Position Title: DVP Lead Engineer Duration: Contract Location: Solihull Essential Criteria: Our Client is looking for a Lead DVP Engineer to help them grow the product range and lift the quality of the motorcycle design to new highs. As a Lead DVP Plan Engineer you will be responsible for: Support the overall DVP process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of verification activities. Manage a team of engineers working on the project, ensuring that program deliverables are meet against all gateways. Responsibility for the creation and implementation of each components test procedure liaising with the external test facility, reviewing and signing off the test reports. Ensure integrity of data by controlling updates to Electrical DVP from test owners and requirement owners. Review due / late tests with test owners and agree recovery plans Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on testing progress, results, and any issues encountered. Monitor and track the performance of verification activities against established criteria, identifying areas for improvement. Willingness to learn new tools and processes. Effective time management skills to manage time between several projects. Competent using Microsoft business Tools
