Driver labourer/shunter Coventry Salary between £17 and £22ph either PAYE or Umbrella Temp to perm Questech Automotive Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Industry leading Logistics client who are recruiting for experienced HGV driver/shunter/labourer. This is an excellent chance for a Technician who wants to take a step back or an experienced Class 1 driver who wants to be close to home. This is a Monday to Friday role and the shift patters are permanent 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm. YOU MUST HAVE A CLASS 1 LICENCE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE. If you are local to Coventry and have experience of working with HGV’s either as a Technician or Driver then please get in touch. THE ROLE: * Shunting HGV vehicles around a large site * Moving trucks into the workshop for inspection or MOT * Minor repairs to the vehicle i.e. wiper blades, bulbs * Working with Technicians and senior management Skills & Experience * HGV Class 1 licence * A FLT licence would be an advantage * Happy to carry out minor HGV repairs * Be able to complete relevant paperwork * Be able to work alone and part of a team Questech Recruitment is a specialist engineering support within the road transport industry, our focus is to support many clients within the truck and bus sectors across the UK.
