About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Panel Beaters to join a busy and growing automotive bodyshop. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians who take pride in producing high-quality repairs and working in a fast-paced environment. Both day and night shifts are available, offering flexibility and excellent earning potential. Key Responsibilities * Carry out high-quality panel repairs on a variety of vehicles * Remove and refit damaged panels and components * Realign chassis and body structures using appropriate tools and equipment * Repair dents, scratches, and structural damage * Work to manufacturer and insurance standards * Ensure all work is completed within set timeframes * Maintain a clean and safe working environment * Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets Requirements * Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a bodyshop/accident repair environment * Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques and equipment * Ability to work efficiently under pressure * High attention to detail and quality standards * ATA/NVQ qualification (preferred but not essential with experience) * Full UK driving licence (preferred) Shift Options
