Function as a business advisor, handling workforce planning, leadership development, and fostering organisational culture. Enhance and streamline HR operations, including benefits, hiring, workplace safety, and payroll management. Drive employee engagement by facilitating communication, team development, and creating an inclusive and supportive work atmosphere. Guide and support organisational transformation efforts, ensuring employees understand and embrace necessary changes while tracking progress.  HR Director Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications 10 + years of experience in Human Resource Management within a similar industry Knowledge of HR laws for ensuring compliance with local and national regulations; understanding of organisational behaviour is beneficial. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer service and building positive relationships. Ability to motivate employees, recognize achievements, and handle sensitive issues with discretion and diplomacy.
