Digital Project Lead Adecco are recruiting to work on site with our prestigious Aerospace client for a Digital Project Lead Location: Wolverhampton, Stafford road Rate: £25 - £30 ph Hours: 39 Hours a week. Role Summary The role will be based at our Actuation Headquarters based in Wolverhampton with regular contact across our global sites. The successful candidate will join an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team who are responsible for the personal development of employees based in the UK. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the new Learning Management System with a focus on the digital project plan. You will work closely with the selected platform, in house digital team and other project leads to agree and complete the digital implementation plan. Key Responsibilities To work with a range of stakeholders internally and externally to produce a clear project plan detailing all stages. Supporting the application of new applications. To take the lead on the project from a digital perspective focussing on security, agreements and data sharing etc. Monitor project progress with detailed documentation. Communicate well with key stakeholders and digital partners to ensure that all team members are aligned Highlight potential risks in project. Analyse linkage to existing systems.Skills & Experience A certificate in a project management related qualification would be advantageous. Be familiar with Project Management tools. Have an understanding of Learning Management Systems and their functionalities. Good level of experience in digital project management Previous track record of implementing new digital systems.
