WHAT TO EXPECT We are actively in pursuit of an accomplished Digital Product Specialist, poised to play a pivotal role in advancing our People Systems realm. You will be working alongside the wider HR and technology teams; the Digital Product Specialist is responsible for managing HR application-led projects & support activities to ensure People function gets the most from their HR applications. Your mission? To work closely with business owners to understand business priorities and direction, working with Product Manager and technology colleagues to ensure that requirements are translated into features and changes that will enable the most effective delivery of business priorities and add maximum value. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Complete business requirement specifications (features, user stories) by creating Project Initiation Documents (PIDs) and other related documentation as needed. Managing all phases of projects/change requests: planning, execution, monitoring and closure including communications Ensure all aspects of analysis at each phase of the project/change requests are managed, traceable and testable utilising standard Project management frameworks and templates. Continually ensure any system requirements and design remain aligned with business requirements relating to the projects Provide support for all new People systems functionality deployments, including quarterly releases Provide support to the People & IDT operations team with managing the resolution of customer queries and system issues Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data. Actively seek opportunities to learn new skills and develop expertise that would contribute to the effective delivery of the role Support Product Manager with general HR applications and operational activities  WHAT YOU’LL NEED You will work with various People & technology stakeholders to define the system requirements of People system-led projects ahead of delivery, contributing to requirements analysis, business case development and benefit realisation. This would include defining project activities and planning resources and responsibilities by working closely with the Product Manager. You will be responsible for confirming requirements, considering design alternatives, facilitating discussions and driving sign-off including general project support /administration and coordination between teams. You must be an agent of change who can deliver in a pragmatic, personable way; an effective communicator who can work with stakeholders at all levels of the business to understand both technology and business perspectives and bridge the gap between the two. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential –  An understanding of HR Operational teams and their responsibilities Have in-depth experience in HR processes from working on HR / People applications Strong commercial acumen and a history of making innovative and profitable decisions concerning technology Track record of technical leadership where service quality & security are a priority Ability to analyse technology trends in the market to inform IT and Business opinions and behaviour of the digital products Experience in technology change management operating with various project methodologies like Agile and Waterfall High level of Digital technical competence Strong and clear communicator with stakeholders at different levels of seniority and knowledge Proven internal/external stakeholder management ability and ability to build trust in workplace  SO WHY US?
