RLE International is working on behalf of their Essex based Automotive OEM Client, whom are currently looking for a Biddable Media Project Manager to join their expanding team within Marketing, Sales & Service. Our client offers a wide range of unique opportunities available to suit some of the best people and brightest minds in the automotive industry. Biddable Media Project Manager Deliver specific efficiency and effectiveness objectives across Biddable Media workstreams as required. 1. Market Coordination/ Market Support Meetings * Assist the FoE Biddable Media Manager with best practise implementation and coordination across the EU19 markets. Support the monthly market meetings, agenda and content planning and preparation, chasing up for presentations from the wider team, presentation consolidation and readiness per market meeting. Work with WPP Market Coordinators to ensure all action items and assignments are tracked and delivered upon. Ensure assignments and minutes from all meetings are provided to the wider audience. 2. Audiences Programme * Deliver ‘Cost Per Purchase Intent’ efficiencies objective using Digital Experience (DX) Mindsets and other platforms (e.g. HiP (Human Insights Platform) and MDP (Modern Data Platform)) for audience targeting in-line with agreed roadmap timings, working with WPP A&I team and FoE Comms. * Support achievement of conversion objectives for retargeting actions in biddable channels. * Support the FoE Biddable Media Manager and WPP Technology team to deliver the optimal solutions for matching of online anonymous ID’s to unique Ford ID’s to deliver paid media use cases e.g. for targeting and retargeting of key business actions. 3. Attribution Programme * Support the FoE Biddable Media Manager, and the Analytics & Data Science team at WPP, to deliver a ‘Four-step programme for Attribution’ from ‘single-touch’ click level to ‘multi-touch’ click and impression-based models, for Digital Media channels in line with agreed project timings and deliverables. * Report out completed attribution results to key stakeholders and agree requirements and best reporting output for markets to use. * Work with NSCs to interpret and use Attribution reports to make media allocation and activity decisions, which drive achievement of Marketing Returning-On-Investment (MROI) objectives. 4. Cookieless Media and Marketing Programme * Deliver mitigation roadmap to offset the defined financial impact of losing cookie-based marketing in order to maintain performance across digital channels. * Work with WPP group, OGC, CRM and other stakeholders to develop mitigation actions including: * Work with WPP on the Future of Identity: the consent framework and data mapping. * A non-cookie approach for Display advertising e.g. Contextual/ targeted advertising. * Driving the consent-based opt-in rate to Digital Identifiers and Profiling. * Maximising the matching rate of FoE first-party data (offline) to an authenticated journey (online) through synchronisation efforts. * Ensure we are linked into Client's teams and approach, and that FoE is complying with the regulatory environment, and has foresight into privacy and digital identification trends. 5. Biddable Media Team Support * Support Demand Creation team tasks e.g. Modular Control Review Programme (MCRP), Annual File Review (AFR), Departmental Records Inventory Matrix (DRIM), Newsletter input, SharePoint maintenance, chasing for estimates and raising of Purchase Notifications (PN’s) and forecast management. * Support additional ad-hoc/ special projects / tasks as required. Qualifications and Skills * Experience and knowledge of Media or Marketing a must-have, within Automotive industry preferred, but not essential. * Project management qualified, and experience required, with an ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive and deliver tasks. * Recent experience and knowledge of digital marketing practice. * Good communication skills (incl. writing management papers and presentations). * Strong Stakeholder management skills. * Strong team player, with proven ability to work cross-functionally. * Self-starter, with record of taking responsibility for key assignments and delivering results. * Ability to passionately articulate the voice of the customer, a passion for customer experience. * Analytical Mind-Set with an understanding of and ability to interpret and manipulate metrics, analytics and data to produce actionable insights. * Experience working with IT desirable. * Awareness of GDPR. * Competent user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Additional Information Responsibilities may change over time as this area is fast changing and projects change.
