Job Title: Digital Marketing Account Manager - Automotive Sector Location: Warrington - Hybrid Role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 (Experience-dependent) Hours: Flexible start and finish (9:00 am - 17:30) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent. Our client are a Martech agency specialising in rewards, incentives and loyalty Marketing and they are seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Account Manager to drive success for automotive sector clients. Join a dynamic team of SEO, social media, PR, and content marketing experts, spearheading campaigns across various automotive client accounts. This hybrid role offers a blend of office and remote work, fostering innovation and exceeding expectations. It is essential to our client that the person for this role has previous experience of not only working out the marketing strategy for a digital campaign but also hands on experience of actually delivering campaigns in the Automotive Sector. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional marketing campaigns for prominent UK brands in the automotive sector. Report to the Account Director, ensuring high-standard campaign delivery and maintaining excellent communication with clients. Coordinate with internal teams (Data, Studio, Development, Customer Service, Fulfillment, and Accounts) to deliver campaigns and projects effectively. Manage projects independently from start to finish, liaising with internal teams and clients. Mentor and oversee the work of Account Executives, ensuring their tasks align with project goals. Identify areas for project improvement and propose innovative solutions. Educate clients on optimal messaging strategies and promote best practices. Review and analyse marketing data, providing insights to clients and adapting strategies accordingly. Proactively address customer issues and propose solutions. Share knowledge and insights with team members, fostering collaboration and growth. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying new opportunities for business growth. Requirements: Essential that the person has experience of both designing and delivering marketing strategy / digital campaign in the Automotive sector Ability to manage a fast-paced role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and strong time management abilities. Multitasking proficiency across various clients and projects. Professional and effective client communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach. Team integration and proactive individual work abilities. Interest in marketing or related field. Creative problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).
