Responsibilities * Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments on Volkswagen vehicles using specialized tools and equipment * Analyse technical data and interpret diagnostic codes to identify the root cause of vehicle malfunctions * Repair and replace faulty components, following Volkswagen's established repair procedures * Document all repairs and maintenance performed on Volkswagen vehicles * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Volkswagen's safety standards * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction Qualifications * Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in Volkswagen Repair * Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Volkswagen Diagnostic Technician * In-depth knowledge of Volkswagen electrical and mechanical systems * Proficient in the use of specialized diagnostic tools and equipment * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
