Key Responsibilities: Advanced Diagnostics & Fault Finding: Conduct complex vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting using the latest manufacturer tools and software. Precision Repairs & Maintenance: Carry out major and minor repairs, routine servicing, and system updates to the highest standards. Hybrid & Electric Expertise: Work on cutting-edge hybrid and EV technology with manufacturer-supported training. Quality Assurance: Perform thorough road tests and quality checks, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. Technical Leadership: Support and mentor junior technicians, sharing expertise and upholding workshop excellence. Compliance & Safety: Adhere to manufacturer and industry regulations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. What You’ll Need: Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician qualification (or working towards it). Proven expertise in diagnostics, fault finding, and advanced vehicle repairs. Experience working to efficiency and productivity targets. A meticulous approach to work, ensuring first-time fixes and customer satisfaction.
