What You Will Do: - Create and develop seat patterns, ensuring exceptional quality and precision. - Sew and assemble components using advanced machine sewing techniques. - Work closely with technical specialists to deliver feasibility studies through physical seat prototypes. - Trim full seats from patterning to finishing, ensuring functionality and aesthetic excellence. - Collaborate on the development of seat functionality, including airbags, climate systems, and other engineering features. - Interpret rendered designs, 3D CAD models, and technical drawings to bring concepts to life. What You Will Bring: - Proven expertise in automotive patterning, particularly for seats. - High-level machine sewing skills and experience working with materials such as leather, PVC, and textiles. - Previous experience in an automotive design environment, with knowledge of production and manufacturing processes. - Strong understanding of mass production procedures and in-depth knowledge of textiles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and senior management.  This role is pivotal in driving innovation and excellence within the automotive design sector.
