Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Design Integration Lead Engineer & Project Control, and the role comes with a umbrella contract rate of £32.48 per hour (Inside IR35).  The role will be 3 days on site with occasional travel to other sites. As a Design Integration Lead Engineer & Project Control, you will be responsible for delivering project and programme commissions, at a scale of a cell design or line design.  The successful candidate will lead the supply of the Design Integration; working closely with Tool Mechanical, Electrical and Controls Design, Simulation, Discrete Event Simulation and Layout.  In your first few weeks in this Design Integration Lead role, you can expect to: Work with teams to ensure a coordinated delivery of projects, coordinating the system design with the customer requirements, from project concept to project installation and handover Draw from previous experiences within one or more of the design and integration delivery areas (design, simulation, layouts, installation, commissioning) Lead cross-functional teams to deliver to customer requirements Focus on delivery, lessons learnt, standards and processes development.
