Provide safe and efficient transport for the on-demand service, providing outstanding customer care that is polite, friendly, helpful and supportive to all passengers and members of the public. Ensure that all appropriate vehicle checks are completed before any route commences to ensure vehicles are ready, properly prepared and clean for their route.
